Analysis Ad tracking

Use of Google Analytics
We use the web analytics service Google Analytics provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; "Google") on our website.
The data processing serves the purpose of analysing this website and its visitors as well as for marketing and advertising purposes. To this end, Google will use the information obtained on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide other services related to website usage and internet usage to the website operator. This may include collecting the following information: IP address, date and time of the page view, click path, information about the browser you are using and the device you are using, visited pages, referrer URL (the website from which you accessed our website), location data, purchase activities. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
Google Analytics uses technologies such as cookies, web storage in the browser and counting pixels that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by these technologies about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for the USA. Data transmission is based on standard contractual clauses as appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data, viewable at: https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks (https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks) and https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/ (https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/). Both Google and US government authorities have access to your data. Your data may be linked by Google with other data, such as your search history, your personal accounts, your usage data from other devices and any other data Google has about you.
On this website, IP anonymisation is activated. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and shortened there.
The processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR due to our overriding legitimate interest in the needs-based and targeted design of the website. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons relating to your particular situation.
You can prevent the collection of data generated by Google Analytics and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en)
To prevent data collection and storage by Google Analytics across devices, you can set an opt-out cookie. Opt-out cookies prevent future collection of your data when visiting this website. You must perform the opt-out on all systems and devices used for it to take effect comprehensively. If you delete the opt-out cookie, requests to Google will be sent again. If you click here, the opt-out cookie will be set: Disable Google Analytics (javascript:gaOptout()).
Further information on terms of use and data protection can be found at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/en.html (https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/en.html) or at https://www.google.co.uk/intl/en/policies/ (https://www.google.co.uk/intl/en/policies/) and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies?hl=en (https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies?hl=en).

Use of Google Ads Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising programme 'Google Ads' on our website and within this framework, conversion tracking (visitor action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
When you click on an ad served by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, contain no personal data and therefore do not serve for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, there is no possibility of cookies being tracked across the websites of Ads customers.
The information obtained through the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. Here, we learn the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page marked with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that allows for the personal identification of users.
Your data may be transmitted to Google LLC servers in the USA. There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for the USA. The data transfer is based on standard contractual clauses as appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data, viewable at: https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks and https://business.safety.google/adscontrollerterms/.
The processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR from our predominant legitimate interest in targeted advertising to website visitors. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
You can disable personalised advertising in your Google ad settings. Instructions can be found at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en.
Alternatively, you can prevent the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the opt-out page of the Network Advertising Initiative at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and implementing the further information provided there on opting out. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

Your data may also be transmitted to the USA. There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for the USA. The data transfer is based on standard contractual clauses as appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data, viewable at: https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks.
The processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR from our predominant legitimate interest in the needs-based and targeted design of the website. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
Further information on the collection and use of data by Google can be found in Google's privacy notices at https://www.google.com/privacypolicy.html. There, you also have the option in the privacy centre to change your settings so that you can manage and protect your data processed by Google.
